Tiny Fest shows are taking place in the Main Stage (Williams Corp exhibition space), in the Philip Carter Auditorium, and the Gallery forecourt, all on the ground floor. The Gallery has wheelchair access and accessible toilets. There are two wheelchairs available for visitors to borrow. A lift takes you to the upstairs galleries and down to the underground car park.
The auditorium has wheelchair seating and we are setting up our own seating in the Main Stage (Williams Corp exhibition space) area. Please let us know when buying tickets if you will be needing a space for your wheelchair and if you will have a companion. Discounted tickets available for companions on request.
The Gallery is a pleasant ten minute stroll from the central bus interchange. Bus 17 crosses Montreal Street one block south of the Gallery, approximately a two-minute walk from the Gallery. You can plan your bus trip here.
The Gallery is situated on the corner of Worcester Boulevard and Montreal Street, easy walking distance from the central bus interchange and central city attractions.
Christchurch has a network of cycleways and cycle lanes – see the map of these here. Bike racks are available on the Gallery forecourt.
We have the most colourful underground car parking in the city. Probably the country really.
If you are sightseeing in Christchurch the tram stops right outside the Gallery.

Attachment: 672 Days is taking place in the WEA Hall. The entrance to the hall is along the driveway on the left hand side of the building and is wheelchair accessible. There is a mobility carpark and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Please contact us if you would like to book a mobility carpark.
WEA is a 15-minute stroll from the central bus interchange. Bus 17 has a stop on Hereford Street outside the Christchurch City Council Civic Offices, two blocks south of WEA. You can plan your bus trip here.
WEA is on Gloucester Street, opposite CoCA and the Christchurch Art Gallery.

WEA parking is for tutors and students with a mobility card who’ve reserved a mobility park. Christchurch Art Gallery offers parking opposite at $1:00 per half hour. The CCC Find a Car Park web page will help you find more parking near WEA.

UC Arts Recital Room is fully accessible, please enter through the 3 Hereford Street entrance. All Arts Centre bathrooms are accessible. There are two mobility access parks in Market Square, with no time limit.
Baby-changing facilities are found in the bathrooms on the ground floor of the Classics building and the bathrooms on the ground floor of the Boys’ High building.
There is a gender-neutral bathroom with five stalls on the ground floor of the Classics building next to the Great Hall with access from the North Quad. In the Boys’ High building there are gendered bathrooms on the ground and first floors.
